Devin designed and patented the first Scrunch It plopping cap in 2018. Joining the curly hair community has been life changing for her. Not only has Devin learned how to manage her wavy hair, but she has learned so much about other cultures and the importance of hair care within them.

In her free time Devin enjoys spending time with her husband, two sons, and playing the piano.

Audra - Social Media & Customer Service

Personal Pronouns: She/They

Audra joined the Scrunch It Team in 2021.  From a young age her mom instilled in her a love and appreciation for her natural hair. As a part of that love, she started following the Curly Method in 2018.  As she became more active in curly communities, she noticed that BPOC (Black People of Color) were severely underrepresented in the curly space. In 2020, with several other wonderful women, they started an inclusive curly group (The Curly Hair Method) where everyone could feel welcome and learn about their hair and the history of the natural hair movement in the United States.

Audra discovered Scrunch It in 2019 with the original Scrunch It Shower and immediately fell in love. With long hair the weight of wet hair stretches out the curl. The scrunch it allowed the hair to dry with less weight pulling on her curls letting her natural pattern form as her hair air dried.  She owns every Scrunch It the company has made and is excited to be a part of the Scrunch It team!

In her free time Audra enjoys traveling, photography, theme parks and gaming with her husband.

Natalie - Wholesale Management & Customer Service

Natalie joined Scrunch It in 2022. Growing up Natalie had always been told that her hair looked “unprofessional.” In other words it was not acceptable in its natural state, be it in braids or other protective styles. Over that last 4 years she has really started to embrace and fallen in love with her hair.

Natalie brings 15 years of customer service to the team and is excited to make each of you feel like family!

In her spare time she loves spending time with her significant other, family, friends, reading, watching tv/movies and theme parks.

Alexander - Finance

Alexander joined the Scrunch It team in November of 2018. Learning about the CGM was eye opening to the struggles that woman go through to get perfect curls. He is a huge supporter of the Scrunch It mission and a believer in what they produce and yes, I use some of the products for my sons curls as well as the One and Done.  He supports all initiatives for equality and advancements of the human race.

In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family, playing games, watching movies and flying his drone
